Swansea council have approved 2 areas to be used for building 'Freeride' tracks & jumps, this includedes Downhill tracks. The 2 areas have been defined and are;

The 'Slalom course' area between the Cycle track and 'Clyne' Jumps

The 'Bombhole' area from lake up to the top fire road by the 'Bombhole'
