As a part of the Clyne Valley management Plan 6km of new, red graded, xc trails are due to be built. The new trails are to be built in sections and will form 2 loops with a common climb. The new sections will be built by Back on Track and volunteers and will be a mixture of natural and surfaced trail. Some sections will be completely new and others will be based on existing trails.

See map below;
The highlighted sections are currently under construction and will form a double way marked loop. Riding is also approved on the the bridal ways although many of these become unridable in the winter months. Other tracks are unofficial trails that are travelled by various users including walkers and horse riders, some of these may not be suitable for mountain bike riding. No riding is permitted on the footpaths.

The Mtb Pigs are a local group who regularly ride these trails. If you would like to join the Pigs on a ride please look out for details on the MtbPigs Forum
